Size Chart

We're not big fans of small sizes, and we think that not a lot of people would buy them, or at least concerning on what we are selling. So don't expect any S size in the near future.

• Printing technique: DTG

Why we choose DTG (Direct-to-Garment) over Screen Printing

• Color: Screen printing is limited in the colors it can print (generally no more than 4-5) so if you have the need an image with multiple colors (hundreds?) then DTG is the ONLY way you can accomplish this on a T-shirt.

• Art Graphics: this is easily one of the most important steps you need to take to get the best results on your  garment.  In the case of DTG we require high resolution (300 dpi) art files in formats such as .tif, .png, .jpg,.pdf.  Screen printing requires vector art in formats such as .ai, .eps.  If you fail to take the time to get the image as high quality as possible you will run into a disappointing result that is not the fault of the printer, or the process, but of the file itself.

• Environment: although listed last this issue is hardly the least of our considerations.  Do we want to avoid a process that is difficult to clean up, that places plastisol - pvc particles suspended in plasticizing emulsion (does this sound like something you want to wear?) on your shirt? Of course not. Although some screen printers have made the switch to water based inks, DTG printers are already using them everyday and as a consequence are delivering a more environmentally friendly product everyday.
